How it works

  • Soffit panels are cut across the overhang: a 12 ft panel gives as many pieces as fit at your depth, 16 in. wide each.
  • Casing and corner boards are planned piece by piece onto your board length, so short offcuts get used before a new board is started.
  • Trim coil: strips per roll = 24 in. ÷ blank width, each 50 ft long.
  • Add your supplier's unit prices to any line for a cost estimate; tax and markup are optional.

How to measure

  • Eave and rake lengths along the fascia; soffit depth from the wall to the back of the fascia.
  • Openings: outside of the frame in inches. Corner height from the bottom of the siding to the soffit.

Estimates only. Coverage, sizes and waste vary by product and job — verify with the manufacturer's specs and your local building code before ordering.
