Fees are the platforms' typical published US rates and every one is editable — platforms change them, so check before relying on a number.
Sales tax is collected and passed on by the platform, but some fees (Etsy processing, eBay final value) are charged on the tax too.
Monthly subscriptions, currency conversion and shipping-label discounts aren't included.
