FitnessPro
Food log, smart training programs, and progress in one app.
Type what you ate or drank like a text — "8 oz broccoli and 6 oz chicken", "grande latte", "burger with ketchup and mustard" — and FitnessPro fills in calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, added sugar, sodium, caffeine, alcohol, and vitamins and minerals from its built-in food table. It works out your daily targets from whatever you tell it (everything is optional), runs proven training programs that raise your weights and running paces as you get stronger, and folds your workouts, water, sleep, and steps into one daily score.
For anyone who wants to eat better, get stronger, or start running — beginner to experienced.
- Natural-language food and drink logging with portions, units (oz, cups, tbsp, cans, pints, shots), cooked vs raw, and fried / breaded / buttered modifiers
- 400+ foods built in, including restaurant and fast-food items, sauces, dressings, oils, creamers, sweeteners, 30+ supplements, and 45+ drinks — works offline
- Combos like "baked potato with sour cream and butter" or "salad with ranch"; unknown items get the closest matches or your own numbers, so logging is never blocked
- Custom foods, favorites, recent items, copy yesterday's meals, and edit or delete anything
- Daily targets with Katch-McArdle (when you know your body fat) or Mifflin-St Jeor, plus fiber, added-sugar, sodium, saturated-fat, and fluid targets
- Hydration tracking with one-tap water, caffeine timing, standard drinks for alcohol, and sugar swaps
- Workout supplements by scoop, gram, or capsule (protein powders, creatine, pre-workout, BCAAs, electrolytes, vitamins) with one-tap stacks and reminders
- Supplement dosing guide by body weight, plus a cycle planner (creatine load → maintain → off, caffeine tolerance resets) that shows today's phase and dose
- Medication list with interaction warnings against your food, drinks, supplements, and other meds — sources linked, stored on your phone unless you choose to sync
- Premade programs: beginner full body, linear strength, 5/3/1, modernized BFS, hypertrophy, fat loss, Couch to 5K, 10K builder, and hybrid strength + running — or build your own
- Baseline week, then Smart Assist progression: plate-aware jumps, holds and deloads on misses, RPE and estimated 1-rep max, and VDOT running paces
- Workout calories (MET-based) feed your food targets; weekly check-ins tune calories from your real weight trend
- Dashboard with daily score, streaks, weight trend, strength and running charts, sleep, steps, and measurements
- Smart Assist on/off: when it's off nothing changes automatically and no suggestions are shown
